Glenda Marie Pruett of Mitchell passed away Friday evening at Methodist Hospital at the age of 43.
Born in 1966 in Lawrence County to parents Glendon Ray and Wilma Eloise (Damron) Wells, she had been married to Daniel Lee Pruett since 2009.
Glenda was formerly employed at the Jay C store in Bedford and had also worked in nursing home care.
She is survived by her husband; children, Benjamen Lee Parker and his wife Cassandra, Sarah Marie Livingston and her husband Adam, Joseph Timothy Parker, Joshua Jared Parker, Theodore Thomas Hayes, Christopher Scott Pruett; stepfather, Herb Wheeler; grandchildren, Dawn Marie Parker, Kyanna Ashley Livingston, Draven Gage Livingston; sisters, Kelly Terrell and her husband Jim and Iris Curren and her husband Brian.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday in Mitchell Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5:00PM until 8:00pm on Tuesday at Chastain Funeral Home.
