Dorothy L. Bault of Mitchell, formerly of Spencer, passed away Wednesday morning at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 88.
Born in 1920 in Gosport to parents Alfred and Grace (Payton) Kiser, Dorothy was first married to Lloyd McNeal and later to Benjamin Bault who preceded her in death in 1995.
Dorothy was retired from food service at Indiana University and was an auxiliary member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion in Spencer.
She is survived by her children, Patricia and Duane Marshall, Keneth McNeal, Vicki and Dean Mergner; stepson, Dick Bault; sister, Mary Sims; five grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; stepson, Bill Bault; sister, Lucille Robinson; brothers, Emery Kiser and Dick Kiser. Services will be held Friday at 11:30 AM in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM in Riverside Cemetery at Spencer.
Visitation is Friday from 9:30 AM until the service at Chastain Funeral Home.
