Gayle Lynn Priddy of Bedford passed away Tuesday at Bloomington at the age of 59.
Born in 1949 in East Oolitic to parents Dewey “Dale” and Lois Chenault, Gayle was a graduate of Oolitic High School, and was married to Kirby Neil Priddy since 1966.
She is survived by her husband; her son, Kirby and his wife Deana; Grandchildren, Madison and Jacob; her mother; four sisters and their husbands, Dale Ann and Ken Johnson, Dorothy and Roy Godsey, Cheryl and Lloyd Godsey, Shawn and Barry Browning; sister-in-law, Sherrie and her husband, Howard Scott; brother-in-law Jerry Priddy; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father; father-in-law Charlie Priddy; mother-in-law Thelma Priddy; and granddaughter Shelby Hazel Priddy.
Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM from the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Dive Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Day & Carter Mortuary.
