Mary F. Wessel of Bedford passed away Thursday morning at her residence at the age of 73.
Born in 1935 in Bedford to parents Wayne and Catherine Fender, Mary was a homemaker and was affiliated with Southland Church of Christ.
She is survived by her father; two daughters, Penny Perry and her husband Sam, Kathy; five sons, Bruce Wessel and his wife Sherry, Danny Wessel and his wife Judy, Rickey Wessel and his wife Pam, Dennis and his wife Debbie; and Jackie and his wife Heather; as well as seventeen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Cunningham and Brenda Brummett; and two step-brothers, Winfred and Jerry.
She is preceded in death by her husband; her mother; her step-mother, Daphene; one daughter, Lane.
Services will be held Monday (July 6th) at 10:00 AM at Fergusson – Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow at Judah Church of Christ Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday (July 5th) from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Fergusson – Lee Funeral Home.
