Harold Silvers of Bloomington, known to family and friends as Chief, passed away Sunday at his home at the age of 72.
Born in 1936 in Burnside Kentucky to Frank and Eva Silvers, Chief was retired from Otis Elevator in Bloomington.
He is survived by his daughter Debbie, son Dwayne, brothers Billy and Jack, and sisters Elizabeth, Edna, Linda and Rose and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A private family memorial is being planned.
