Hazel A. Scott of Bedford passed away Monday afternoon at Stonebridge Health Campus at the age of 86.
Born in 1923 in Lawrence County to Dell and Mandy Covey, Hazel was an employee of RCA and Sarkes-Tarzian in Bloomington and of the protestant faith.
She is survived by her sons Jerry and Roger, daughter Fay, brother Robert, sister Helen, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one special nephew.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Royer, brothers Lloyd and Buster, and sisters Vidella and Beulah.
Services will be held Friday morning at 10:00am at Cresthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm tomorrow at Cresthaven.
