Dorothy A. Goen of Bedford passed away Saturday evening at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford at the age of 80.
Born in 1928 in Bedford to Reese and Aleen Jones, Dorothy was a homemaker, and member of Victory Life Church and Eagles Lodge Airie #654 in Bedford.
She is survived by her daughter Suzy, brother Wayne, sisters Maxine, Phyllis and Violet, companion Junior, 3 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband David, son mike, brothers Abby, Reese Jr., and Robert, and sisters Edith and Mamie.
Services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:00pm at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service Wednesday at Ferguson-Lee.
