Richard Kasper of Bedford, known to friends and family as “Bud,” passed away early Friday morning at his home at the age of 84.
Born in 1924 in Newton, Kansas to Robert and Emma Kasper, Bud was a railroad worker for Santa Fe Railroad for 38 years.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca, 4 sons, 3 daughters and 2 step-daughters.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
