Martha Taylor Whalin of Mitchell passed away late Friday night at Dunn Memorial Hospital at the age of 74.
Born in 1933 in Orangeville, Indiana to David and Claudia Taylor, Martha was a retiree of Robert’s Brass in Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband Gene, daughters Ellis and Christine, brother Menlo, sister Helen, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Services will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00 at Ferguson-Lee Haverly Chapel in Mitchell with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Ferguson-Lee Haverly Chapel.
