Helen E. Baker of Salem passed away Wednesday afternoon at Washington County Memorial Hospital at the age of 87.
Born in 1920 in Lawrence County to Lloyd and Mary Morris, Helen worked at Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and was a member of both Stonington Church of Christ and Fort Hill Church of Christ.
She is survived by her sons Donald, Darrell and Dale, daughter Sue, brothers William and John, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with burial to follow at Talbott Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday evening from 4:00 until 8:00pm and again from noon until time of service Sunday at Chastain.
