Donald L. Roberts of Bedford passed away early Monday morning at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford at the age of 75.
Born in 1932 in Bedford to Lee and Clara Roberts, Donald was a car salesman for Don Roberts Enterprises, drove stock cars, announced at local race tracks, and served in the Army National Guard.
He is survived by his wife Wilma, daughter Sue, 3 grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Skip and Jerry, and sister Barbara Jean.
Services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00am at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crawford Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00pm and again Thursday morning from 9:00am until the time of service at Chastain.
