Jane M. King of Mitchell passed away Friday afternoon as the result of an automobile accident at the age of 50 along with her grandson Isaiah.
Born in 1957 in Martin County to Gene and Joyce Kirk, Jane was a custodian at Bedford Middle School, and member of Fairview Church of Christ.
She is survived by her parents, daughter Tasha, sister Jean, brother Justin and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held tomorrow morning at 11:00am at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home in Mitchell with burial to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery in Shoals.
Visitation will be tonight from 4:00 until 8:00pm and again from 10:00am until time of service tomorrow morning.
