Elizabeth Ann Noles of Portland, known to friends and family as both “Libby” and “Dick,” passed away at home on Tuesday at the age of 51. Services will be at 1:00PM, Tuesday at the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Talbot Cemetery in Lawrence County.
