Juanita P. Owens, 79, Bedford, died Monday. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Friday at the Day and Carter Mortuary in Bedford. Friends may call from 3:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday and also from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service Friday at the mortuary.
