Wanda Slinkard-Starr, 61, Bedford, died Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday at the First Assembly of God Church. Friends may call from 2:00PM to 6:00PM Friday at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford and at the church from 10:00AM until the service time at the church.
