Cletus R. Waggoner, 73, Springville, died Thursday at the Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford. Friends may call from 2:00PM to 8:00PM Friday at the funeral home.
