AVOCA – To help celebrate the great community of Avoca, Jim Sowders and JoAnna Hackney will be hosting a 5-hour endurance race and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk at Avoca Park and Recreation of Marshall Township on Saturday, October 15th.
Participants may enter the 5-Hour event as individuals or as teams with the goal of completing as many laps as possible around the flat and scenic ponds.
The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk will step off at 8:00 A.M., and the 5-Hour event will begin at 8:15 A.M. Registration for the event is open until the day of the event.
