Bedford Redevelopment Commission approves payments to three invoices Monday afternoon

BEDFORD – The Bedford Redevelopment Commission approved the payments of three invoices during their Monday afternoon meeting.

Before beginning the discussion of each invoice, Mayor Sam Craig introduced and welcomed Tracy Bailey from the NLCS School Board as a member to the RDC.

The first invoice was for legal services rendered in connection with preparing and reviewing prepared drafts of the Plan Commission and the Common Council for the property acquisition, legal notices, instructions and correspondence for the new Police Station on 16th Street for $2,830.50.

Next, the commission approved the payment of $750 to BNY Mellon for their redevelopment district tax increment refunding bonds that are provided to the city each year.

Lastly, the commission approved the payment of $25 to Pittman Law Firm for reimbursement of a recording fee-amendment to declaratory resolution provided by Attorney Greg Pittman.
