BEDFORD – The 2022 Senior Fair presented by Anthem Medicare and hosted by Southern Indiana Classic Hits WQRK 105.5, LiteFM 102.5, and WBIW 1340 is returning to Sherwood Oaks Christian Church on Wednesday, April 20th from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Vendors will be showcasing products and services needed by Senior citizens and resources for themselves, along with those who care for them each day. Vendors that will be on-site during the event include Vertical Home Health Care, Adaptive Nursing and Healthcare Services, Golden LivingCenter – Bloomington, and Day & Carter Mortuary.
Vertical Home Health Care cares for its patients as if they were family. Their caregivers and professional staff are dedicated to the well-being, health, independence, and dignity of those trusted with their care. Adaptive Nursing and Healthcare Services is a fully licensed Home Health Company specializing in long-term in-home care for patients with significant medical needs. They specialize in personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, meal preparation and assistance, and supervision consistent oversight from their registered nurses. Be sure to visit with them during the Senior Fair!
Golden LivingCenter – Bloomington is a skilled nursing facility located in Bloomington and is equipped to meet your loved one’s unique needs. In addition to offering quality long-term care, they also provide short-term assistance for those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those in the intermediate and late stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Be sure to ask them your questions at the event.
Day & Carter Mortuary‘s dedicated and supportive staff is here to guide you through life’s most difficult journey by taking pride in doing their absolute best to ensure your needs are met, being there for you, and offering the best care and services for your needs. They will be on-site at the Senior Fair to answer any questions you may have.
The event is FREE to the general public. All ages are welcome & seniors are especially encouraged to attend. The first 100 attendees will win a door prize and we have TWO – $100 cash prize drawings during the event. Winners must be present to win and the drawings take place at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
