1. Public hearing for a Special Exception Permit request for Jeffrey and Kimberly Hauersperger for property located at 2106 24th Street Bedford, IN. 47421. The owners are requesting to put a type II manufactured home on the property. This request has been reviewed by the Planning Commission and moved to the Board of Zoning for final approval.
