INDIANA – IHCDA’s CreatINg Places is an innovative “crowdfunding” program that allows not-for-profits or local units of government to raise funding for place-based improvement projects within their community. It combines crowdfunding with a matching grant from IHCDA which leverages community buy-in. Projects that meet their fundraising goal receive a matching grant from IHCDA (between $5,000 to $50,000).

- The campaigns have received $4,743,450 in IHCDA matching grants and have leveraged $14,856,321 in private project funding
