MITCHELL – There is still time to enter the Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce’s annual holiday lighting contest.
Nominations located in the Mitchell School District need to be submitted to the Chamber office by December 1 and should include: the name of the homeowner’s address and driving directions, and a short description of the display.
Participants may enter their own homes, or nominate the home of someone else for consideration.
Nominations can be mailed to the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce P.O. Box 216, Mitchell, IN 47446, emailed to email@example.com or you may call 812-849-4441 by December 1.
During the judging, nominees are asked to have their outdoor decorations fully displayed during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on December 6th, December 7th, or December 8th for judging.
First, second and third place winners of residential entries will be selected. Each winner will receive a 2022 Spring Mill Park Pass and will be announced on WBIW 1340AM, Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5 and Litefm 102.5, WBIW.com and the Times Mail.
