INDIANA – Over the coming weeks, the Indiana Department of Revenue will discontinue using and monitoring the email associated with business tax assistance.
Business customers and their tax professionals can now contact DOR through INTIME. INTIME allows DOR representatives to respond to messages directly and has additional safeguards to protect customers’ privacy and account information.
We want to thank our customers and tax professionals who have already transitioned to contacting DOR through INTIME whenever possible. If your email is not related to a specific account, you may call DOR Customer Service for assistance at 317-232-2240, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST.
Please note that sending attachments through INTIME’s messaging portal does not meet tax filing requirements, e.g., amended returns. Refer to the INTIME user guides for more information, including how to submit tax filings and returns properly (for available tax types) and payments.
