(SPRINGVILLE) – A Springville man was arrested after he allegedly kicked a woman in the neck during a domestic fight in the 490 block of Wells Lane.
Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrived on the scene Saturday at 11:51 a.m.
The caller told police her boyfriend 51-year-old William Moore and her 17-year-old daughter were involved in a domestic fight. The caller says Moore kicked the teen in the neck.
“The teen suffered pain and redness to her neck,” says Chief Deputy Aaron Shoults. “Moore was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail on a charge of domestic battery.”
