Blaze Leeann Dawn Lively – Mitchell
Blaze Leeann Dawn Lively, infant daughter of Travis Ray and Amber Dawn (Livingston) Lively, of Mitchell, was stillborn Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
Survivors include her parents, Travis and Amber Lively, Mitchell; brothers, Jamison Lynn Ray Lively, Blake Maxwell Lively and Jacob Scott Lively, all at home
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 20, at Mitchell Cemetery with Sister Becky Ryan officiating.

Robert Dale Lewis – Bedford
Robert Dale Lewis, 93, of Bedford, died at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at his residence.

Mildred Louise Crutchfield – Bedford
Mildred Louise Crutchfield, 92, of Bedford, died at 9:19 am on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Johnson
Christian Village.
Born November 21, 1921 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Lowell and Myrl (Hawk) Bellville. She married David Crutchfield on June 29, 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1989. She worked as an assembler at RCA, and as a supervisor at Delco Electronics and General Motors. She was a member of the Bedford First Church of God.
Survivors include two daughters, Jan Corbin and husband, Le of Bedford and Jill Bolger and husband, Hank of Kokomo; five grandchildren, David Corbin, Michael Corbin and wife, Jerri all of Bedford, Mary Beth DuVall and husband, Tim, Jan Lane and husband, Gary all of Westfield and Robert Galbraith of Terre Haute; fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a granddaughter, Angelia DuVall; a brother, Charles Bellville and a sister, Mary Olive Duitz.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm on Friday, November 21st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Mark Duncan officiating. Entombment will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday, November 21st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Helen (Rayhill) McLaughlin – Bedford
Helen (Rayhill) McLaughlin, 84. of Bedford, passed away at 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday November 18, 2014 at St. Vincent-Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
She was born June 15, 1930 in Mitchell, the daughter of Ivis and Maggie (Lynn) Rayhill. She married Damon McLaughlin on May 19, 1961 and he preceded her in death on September 30, 2006. She had been a secretary for Mullis Petroleum and also their own business.
She is survived by one brother, Joe Rayhill of Mitchell, two nephews; Albert Novotny of Greenfield and David Novotny of Cicero, two nieces, Paula Novotny of Indianapolis and Julia Novotny of San Diego, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother Paul Rayhill and two sisters, Mary Novotny and Lois Sermershiem
Funeral Services will be on Friday November 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home. Friends may call on Thursday November 20, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home, and on Friday from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Glenna Rose Beavers – El Paso, TX
Glenna Rose Beavers, 76, of El Passo, TX, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014 in El Paso, TX.
Born January 21, 1938 in Jackson Co., she was the daughter of Arlie S. and Ruth E. (Fish) Beavers. She was a former member of the Bedford Church of God. She was a graduate of Bedford High School with the class of 1955. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Education in 1962 from Anderson College in Anderson, IN. She received her Master’s degree from Ball State in Muncie, IN in 1965. Her teaching career spanned forty-four years beginning in 1959 and specializing in upper elementary grades, language arts and remedial reading. Glenna was bi-lingual, having studied the Spanish language in Mexico and the Panama Canal Zones. She taught in schools in Indiana, Michigan, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Panama Canal Zones before settling in El Paso, TX for the last twenty-four years of her career. She received the Outstanding Teacher Award for Canal Zone Schools in 1974 and was El Paso Teacher of the Year in 1997.Glenna loved to travel and toured extensively throughout the US, Canada, South and Central America, Europe, Italy, Greece and North Africa.
Survivors include a brother, Maurice Beavers of Hagerstown, IN; a sister, Rita Finney of Greenfield, IN; thirteen nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Beavers and two sisters, Marjorie Julian and Betty Bugh.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Saturday, November 22nd at the Green Hill Cemetery. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alta Vista Elementary School in El Paso, TX.
