Roy E. Dotts of Mitchell passed away Thursday morning at Bloomington Hospital at the age of 61.
Born in 1947 in Mitchell to Mancil and Hautice Dotts, Roy was a retiree of Crider and Crider in Bloomington and member of Harvest Community Church.
He is survived by his wife Jeri, son Richard, daughter Stacie, sisters Ruth, Virginia, Linda, Lela and Kathy, brothers David and Roger, and 2 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Stella, and brothers Lee and Robert.
Graveside services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm at Mitchell Cemetery with burial to follow.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm tomorrow at Chastain Funeral Home.
