Amy C. York of Bedford passed away Sunday at a friend’s home at the age of 29.
Born in 1978 in Lawrence County to George and Tommie Daugherty, Amy was a member of Dive Christian Church.
She is survived by her mother, husband Marvin, daughter Abagail, sister Shannon, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, sister Kelley, and step-father Gregory.
Services will be held Friday morning at 10:00am at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm Thursday at Ferguson-Lee.
