North Lawrence Community Schools Committee to evaluate design-build proposals at Nov. 10 public meeting

BEDFORD — The North Lawrence Community Schools Technical Review Committee will convene for a public meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST at the administrative offices located at 460 W Street in Bedford, Indiana.

Prior to the open meeting, the committee will conduct closed-session interviews with proposing design-build entities to discuss their qualitative proposals. Immediately following the public committee meeting, the school corporation will open and read aloud the price proposals in the same location.

The agenda for the public meeting is as follows:

1. Certify that no TRC member has a conflict of interest with either Design-Build Entity that submitted a Proposal on November 5, 2026.
2. Review Qualitative Proposals submitted by proposing Design-Build Entities.
3. Review the Qualitative Proposal evaluation and scoring process established in the RFP.
4. Undertake the Qualitative Proposal evaluation and scoring process established in the RFP.
5. Assign a written composite score to each Qualitative Proposal received.
6. Other business.
7. Adjourn.
