Gov. Mike Braun orders flags lowered to half-staff on Patriot Day in remembrance of the victims of September 11, 2001

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Mike Braun has directed flags to be flown at half-staff on Patriot Day in remembrance of those who perished on Sept. 11, 2001, and in honor of all of the heroes who answered the call to serve following the attacks.

Governor Braun has ordered flags to be lowered across all state government facilities from sunrise to sunset on Friday, September 11, 2026.

Governor Braun encourages all Hoosiers to help honor and remember the victims of Sept. 11 by lowering flags to half-staff at their homes and businesses.
