WEST BADEN SPRINGS – The Town of West Baden Springs (8361 SR 56, West Baden Springs, IN 47469) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Tomlinson Estates Resurfacing, Sidewalks, and Drainage Improvements Project.

This public notice fulfills the requirement of the Construction Stormwater General Permit 3.7(a)(3)(B). This method satisfies the provision available to governmental agencies, allowing project information to be made available online before the submittal of the Notice of Intent.
