Court documents filed on June 3, 2026, detail preliminary charges against Eicle, including possession of meth, a Level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony; possession of a hypodermic syringe, a Level 6 felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Detective Caleb B. Garvin of the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section, the investigation began after receiving information from Bloomington Police Department detectives that Lindsay Robinson, 37, was residing at Eicle’s residence while wanted on active felony arrest warrants out of Lawrence and Floyd counties.

On May 27, 2026, Detective Garvin and members of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office—including Sheriff Day and Deputies Carter, Hogan, and Pope—monitored the Old US 50 property. After observing visitors at the location and establishing that Robinson was likely inside, Detective Garvin secured a search warrant for her person.

Officers made forced entry into the home after knocking and receiving no response. Robinson was located inside the residence and taken into custody on her outstanding warrants.

During an initial safety sweep, officers observed an open gun safe containing a loaded syringe with clear liquid and an unidentified pill. Detective Garvin subsequently applied for and received a secondary search warrant for the full residence and outbuildings.

A comprehensive search of the home yielded extensive evidence of drug activity, including:

  • Multiple metal canisters in the kitchen containing a crystal substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
  • Two sharps container boxes filled with used hypodermic syringes located in the kitchen.
  • Numerous metal canisters found under an east bedroom bed containing a purple residue consistent with fentanyl.
  • Four glass smoking pipes with residue.
  • Digital scales hidden in a laundry basket and in the kitchen area.
  • Additional hypodermic syringes scattered in common living areas, zipped containers, and an outdoor shed housing a motorcycle.

Investigators noted that because the substances and paraphernalia were discovered throughout the common living areas of the trailer, the property was actively being used for the continuous storage and consumption of illegal controlled substances.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This article is based on the information provided in the probable cause affidavit and does not represent a final determination of guilt or innocence.
