I don’t think our founders ever intended for illegals to flood our country like this, and the Supreme Court decision was probably the worst Supreme Court Decision of my lifetime. But in the Supreme Court decision, even though Justice Kavanaugh was on the wrong side of the decision, in his opinion, he wrote that if Congress declared an invasion and named these illegals as invaders, their babies would not be eligible for birthright citizenship. So he gave us a hint, and that’s what my Citizenship Act does.”
