INDIANAPOLIS – The 2026 Great Indiana State Fair officially begins tomorrow, and the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office is proud to once again sponsor $2 Tuesday Voter Registration drives, taking place on August 11 and August 18.
Throughout the Indiana State Fair, the Secretary of State’s Office will have team members on-site every day, connecting with Hoosiers, sharing information about the many services provided by the office’s divisions, and helping Hoosiers register to vote.
On each $2 Tuesday, team members with the Secretary of State’s Office will be available in the large State Fair Boulevard tent to help eligible Hoosiers register to vote, update their voter registration, and answer questions about the office’s divisions.
In addition, the Secretary of State’s Office will staff a booth every day of the fair inside the Mercantile Exhibition Hall. Visitors are encouraged to stop by to learn more about Indiana Elections, Business Services, Investor Protection, and Auto Dealer Services.
“The Great Indiana State Fair is a great opportunity each year to meet Hoosiers from every corner of our state. I’m proud that our office is once again sponsoring $2 Tuesday. I look forward to visiting with fairgoers, encouraging eligible Hoosiers to register to vote, and showcasing the important services our office provides every day,” said Diego Morales, Indiana Secretary of State.
Secretary Morales thanked the Indiana State Fair Commission, staff, volunteers, first responders, and law enforcement officers for their dedication to making this year’s fair a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all Hoosiers.
The Indiana State Fair runs from August 7-23 and is closed on Mondays.
