INDIANA Eligible taxpayers in Indiana now have a limited-time opportunity to settle outstanding state tax liabilities without paying accrued penalties, interest, or collection fees, state officials announced.

Registration is officially open for Tax Amnesty 2026, a program administered by the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) in partnership with the United Collection Bureau (UCB). The program allows individuals and businesses with past-due tax accounts to pay their base tax in full or enter into an approved payment plan.
