BEDFORD — The Lawrence County Highway Department has announced a one-day shift in its Community Crossings paving schedule, according to Highway Department Superintendent Brian Sowder.

Despite the minor adjustment, paving operations remain active across the county, with several major thoroughfares scheduled for resurfacing over the coming days.

- East Grissom Road & Rager Road: Paving operations are now fully complete.
Local County Paving Schedule
Local highway department paving projects remain on schedule:
- Old State Road 50: Paving scheduled for Wednesday, July 22.
- Grindstone Road: Paving scheduled for Thursday, July 23.
