
Ronald Lee Bunch, 69, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born June 24, 1956, in Greene County, he was the son of Walter Earl and Gloria Jean (Houldson) Bunch. He married Sheila Kay Goen and Pamela Bunch, and they both preceded him in death.
Ronald graduated from Shawswick High School and worked as a mechanic. He had many interests, including hunting, fishing, cooking (including holiday cookouts), and arts and crafts. He appreciated quilting and the music of AC/DC. Ronald loved his cats – and his cigars.
Surviving are his children, Terry Reynolds of South Carolina and Jamie (Robert) Floyd of Bloomington; grandchildren, Vincent Reynolds, Dustin Reynolds, Tristan Reynolds, Robert Floyd, Jr., Burgandy Eagans, Randy Eagans, Ronald Joseph Floyd, and Jessica Floyd; seven great-grandchildren; and a sibling, Victor “Jackie” Bunch of Greene County.
His parents, two wives, and siblings, Ricky Bunch, Vickie “Sissy” Edmonson, and Micky Ball, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at Tunnelton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
