Both conferences provided an opportunity for county clerks from across Indiana to share best practices, receive updates on election administration, and collaborate.  During his remarks, Secretary Morales outlined the progress made over the past three and a half years to strengthen Indiana’s elections and elevate the state of Indiana as a national leader in election integrity.

“For the past three and a half years, I’ve worked hard to elevate Indiana as a national model for election security and integrity.  A recent study from the Indiana Bar Foundation shows voter registration and turnout are both up. In 2024, Indiana saw one of the highest gains in voter registration in the country. That is proof that our hard work is paying off,” said Diego Morales, Indiana Secretary of State.
