Sen. Koch welcomes local students to Statehouse as Senate pages

STATEHOUSE  State Sen. Eric Koch (R-Bedford) welcomed the following local students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor, and interacting with their state senator.

“It is always exciting to have pages from my district come in on session days,” Koch said. “Pages learn so much during their day at the Statehouse, and I encourage any students interested in government to sign up and take advantage of this opportunity.”

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays during the legislative session.

The 2026 Senate Page program has now ended. Parents interested in learning more about the program should visit www.IndianaSenateRepublicans.com/Page-Program. Applications for the 2027 program will be available at the end of 2026.

Koch is the chairman of the Senate Committee on Utilities, ranking member of the Senate committees on Commerce and Technology and Judiciary, and a member of the Senate Committee on Corrections and Criminal Law. He represents Senate District 44, which includes Brown, Jackson, Lawrence, and Orange counties, and a portion of Monroe County.
