Colbert Leon Douglas, 69, of Mitchell, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026, at Mitchell Manor.
Born February 5, 1957, in Salem, he was the son of William Henry and Annie Nell (Harkness) Douglas.
Colbert was a mechanic and had worked for Tuners TCL, Paoli Furniture, and Kimball Piano. He enjoyed being a mechanic, fast cars, and his beloved truck.
Surviving are his children, Tricia Smith (Steven) of Noble, Illinois, Dustin Parlsey of Springville, and Justin Parsley; grandchildren, Jeffery Smith and Corbin Smith; siblings, Carl Dee Douglas (Dawn) of Bedford, and Kenneth Ray Douglas (Connie) of Bedford.Â
His parents preceded him in death.
Cremation has been chosen.
