Virginia “Gail” Hash, 75 of Bedford passed away at her home on February 5, 2026. Gail was born in Jamestown, Tennessee on February 25, 1950, Walter Turner and Ruby Turner Towne. Gail married Terry Hash on December 2, 1972, and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2017.
Gail was a Radiology and Ultrasound Technician at Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford and IU Health Paoli Hospital. Gail was known by “Mommy-Gran” to her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Jama (Sean) Cox of Mitchell, two granddaughters, Chloe (Donnie) Cox Walker of Chicago, and Delaney (Dane) Elrod of Orleans, she was expecting a great-grandson, Wesley Warren Elrod, two sisters, Linda (Lary) Daily of Florida, and Brinda Leake of Chesterton, Indiana.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Terry Hash, one brother, Robert Turner, three sisters, Ruth Davis, Jean Crum, and Sue Stephenson.
