Kenton Pardue announces candidacy for Marshall Township Advisory Board

BEDFORD – My name is Kenton James Stultz Pardue, and I am excited to announce my candidacy for the Marshall Township Advisory Board. I am 25 years old and proud to be the fourth generation to call my family’s property in Marshall Township home.

Kenton James Stultz Pardue

I am a proud Christian with Conservative views. I attend the church of Christ in Oolitic, as well as preach once a month at local congregations at Midtown, Owensburg, Pinhook, and Williams. In high school, I served as a Senate Page and a House Page, and I have previously served as a vice-precinct committeeman and I am currently a Precinct Committeeman.

I attended Needmore Elementary, Oolitic Middle School, and then graduated in the top ten of my class from BNL in 2019, and I went on to study civil engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where I graduated summa cum laude in 2023. I am currently employed as a Project Engineer at Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James. My work experience has gained me project management skills as well as knowledge of the public bidding process, both of which I could utilize as an Advisory Board member.

I have over 10 years of experience in leadership. I was an 8-year member of the 4-H Rabbit Club where I held the offices of treasurer, vice president, and president. In college, I also held chairman positions in the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

If elected as an Advisory Board member, my top priority will be to create an open and transparent Board in which my constituents are aware of local proceedings and what happens locally with tax dollars. Advisory Board meetings are open to the public, and I encourage everyone to get more involved in their communities.

I am looking forward to the primary election on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, and I urge everyone to go vote!

Thank you,

Kenton Pardue
