BEDFORD – On January 7, 2026, a Bedford man was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction by Judge Robert Cline, sitting Judge Pro Tem in Lawrence Superior Court I, after failing to comply with the terms of his probation.

Arron L. Land, 32, pled guilty to Invasion of Privacy, a Level 6 felony, in a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. Land was sentenced to 910 days total in the Indiana Department of Corrections with 698 days suspended, and put on supervised probation for 698 days.
However, after failing several drug screens and not being able to be contacted by probation, Land’s suspended sentence was revoked and ordered into execution. Judge Cline sentenced Land to 690 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections with credit for actual days in jail to be applied.

Senior Deputy Prosecutor Sarah Cummings: “This Defendant had several violations while on probation in this matter. A defendant must cooperate with probation when given the chance to complete probation. The Defendant in this case did not cooperate with probation, nor did he follow the agreement that he entered into with the State of Indiana. In this case, prison is the right result.”
