Multi-million dollar fuel station headlines permits issued by The City of Bedford in December, 2025

BEDFORD — The City of Bedford approved a range of building, remodeling, and sign permits in December 2025, including a multimillion-dollar commercial project and several residential improvements across the city, according to the city’s monthly building permit report.

Most permits were processed and issued the same day they were submitted.

Permits issued during December included:

  • Commercial construction
    • A $3.5 million permit was issued Dec. 2 for construction of a new fuel center at 3210 John Williams Blvd., listed under Walmart Real Estate.
  • Certificates of occupancy
    • A certificate of occupancy was issued Dec. 17 for Valvoline Construction at 2705 16th St.
  • New residential construction
    • A new duplex valued at $110,000 at 1309 10th St. A & B.
    • A new single-family home valued at $280,000 at 1202 25th St.
    • A garage addition valued at $30,000 at 130 Edgewood Drive.
    • A new shed valued at $10,000 at 532 Bex Addition Road.
  • Residential remodeling projects
    • Window and door replacement, $5,542.59, at 1419 Q St.
    • Kitchen remodel, $60,000, at 1628 N St.
    • Electrical panel upgrade, $7,713, at 1802 E St.
    • Structural repairs, including replacement of a main beam, sill plate, and floor joist sistering, $16,532.55, at 3021 29th St.
    • Mechanical and cosmetic renovation, $75,000, at 307 Eastwood Drive.
  • Sign permits
    • A new sign valued at $150 at 802 16th St.
    • A new digital sign valued at $200 at 804 16th St.
    • Two new signs at 1201 5th St.
