BLOOMINGTON – On Monday, December 29, 2025, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office received confirmation of approved charges against the suspect from the Christmas Day pursuit that resulted in a two-county pursuit, damage to the Monroe County Airport property, and additional charges.
Glen A Hinshaw, who is currently remanded into the Monroe County Correctional Center, was charged as a result of the Christmas Day pursuit. The charges are merely accusations, and all parties are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.

35-44.1-3-1 RESISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH A VEHICLE AS A LEVEL 5 FELONY
9-21-8-52 RECKLESS DRIVING AS A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR
9-26-1-1.1 LEAVING THE SCENE OF A PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT AS A CLASS B
MISDEMEANOR
35-43-2-2 CRIMINAL TRESPASS AS A CLASS A MISDEMEANOR
