BARTHOLOMEW CO. – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor E&B Paving, Inc., plans to conduct temporary lane and ramp closures on I-65 beginning on or after the evening of Friday, November 21, to perform bridge approach repair work in Taylorsville.
Crews plan to close the right lanes of northbound and southbound I-65 over U.S. 31, as well as the southbound I-65 off-ramp to southbound U.S. 31 at Exit 76. The lane and ramp closures are expected to be used between approximately 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for up to two nights, weather permitting.
This work is part of a contract awarded to E&B in February 2024. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
