SAINT MEINRAD — A 19-year-old Dale man, Conner B. Madsen, was arrested on Friday evening on multiple felony charges following a traffic stop in Saint Meinrad.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. on Friday, October 31, police stopped Madsen on State Road 62. He was arrested without incident by law enforcement
Madsen was transported to the Spencer County Jail, where he is currently being held without bond.
The charges filed against Conner B. Madsen include rape, child molesting, all Level 3 felonies, sexual battery, and dissemination of matter harmful to minors, both Level 6 felonies.
The arrest was carried out by Sergeant Teresa Vaal of the Indiana State Police and the ISP SWAT team. The Spencer County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the operation.
