SEYMOUR — Deborah Mann, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schneck Medical Center, has achieved national recognition for the third consecutive year, being named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “2025 Rural Hospital CFOs to Know” list.

The honor celebrates Mann’s exceptional leadership in financial stewardship and strategic direction, which is vital for maintaining sustainable, high-quality, and accessible healthcare in rural communities.
Mann has been included on the prestigious “Rural Hospital CFOs to Know” list for three years running (2023, 2024, and 2025). This repeated recognition highlights her expertise in financial planning, resource management, and overall financial stewardship, which are critical to the survival and success of rural hospitals.
Her leadership is explicitly credited with enhancing Schneck Medical Center’s financial strength and its ability to invest in advanced technology and modern facilities continually. Mann’s long tenure at Schneck began in 1994 as a staff accountant. She held several positions before being named Vice President of Finance in 2014, eventually rising to the role of CFO.
