Martin County Alliance to host business workshop on Hiring for Purpose, Build for Growth

LOOGOOTEE — The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth has announced it will host a specialized half-day business workshop to help local companies optimize their talent strategies. The session, titled “Hiring for Purpose, Build for Growth,” will focus on improving recruitment, strengthening workplace culture, and boosting employee retention.

The event is scheduled for Monday, December 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It will be held at the Bowling Manufacturing Building, located at 99 W. Washington Street in Loogootee.

Brent Rasche

Leading the session will be Brent Rasche, a Certified Business and Executive Coach with Focal Point, who specializes in guiding organizations through growth and performance challenges.

Participation is strictly limited to 16 seats to ensure a focused, interactive environment. The cost to attend the workshop is $40 per person.
