BEDFORD – The Housing Authority of the City of Bedford (BHA) has announced an invitation for bids from qualified Contractors, Vendors, and Companies to provide painting services for two of its significant properties: Hauck House and Hamilton Courts Apartments.
The BHA is issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure necessary maintenance and refurbishment work for the apartment complexes.
RFP packets outlining the scope of work, requirements, and submission instructions became available starting Tuesday, October 7. Interested parties can pick up the packets during regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the BHA office located at 1305 K Street in Bedford.
The Bedford Housing Authority must receive all proposals from potential respondents by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
