Debra A. Beaton, 67, of Mitchell, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at IU Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born April 10, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of Donald and Marion (Northrop) Norrow. She married Malcolm Beaton on May 19, 1979. She retired from PYNCO Assembly.
Survivors include her husband, of Mitchell; two daughters, Kristina Wagoner (Aaron) of Springville and Jessica Beaton of Bedford; two grandchildren, Riley and Caleb Wagoner; and two sisters, Michelle (Frank) McDaniel of Bellevue, Nebraska, and Melissa (Jason) Pryor of Pueblo, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Dave Ferry and Pastor Stephen Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to the time of the service.
